Nautical theme house on just under an acre recently remodeled. Less than a mile from Lexington and just a short walk to beach access at the end of the road. Spacious yard with a fire pit and firewood provided. 1 mile from downtown Lexington and 2 miles from Lakeview Hills. Air conditioned for hot summer days. Gas grill for cooking. Washer and dryer with detergent provided. Automatic Standby Generator in case of power outages. Keurig with Kcups, blender, high speed internet, new furniture, new 50’ UHD 4K fire tv, boardgames, cards, etc.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this VRBO property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better in person. The property is very close to town and to the beach/breakwall. All amenities needed were included and available at the property with a nice sized yard to have a small gathering at if you want to. We enjoyed our stay here and the quiet location it’s at.

I can't say enough good things! Everything was clean, the property was fantastic, even the weather could not have been better!We had the kids and grandkids and they all had a great time. My son even proposed to his girlfriend at the beach!A great time was had by all and we have decided to all come up again next summer. Thank so much!

PROS: Great,attentive host. Easy check-in. Very clean and comfortable. VERY well stocked with cooking items, dishes and cutlery, seasonings, condiments - even toiletries and games, and the nice assortment of coffee pods for the Keurig was much appreciated. Good linens and towels. Great appliances, wi-fi, tv and a/c. I was a single traveler but it would also be great for a family with a fun loft space, bunk beds and outdoor grill. Looks small but is quite roomy. CONS: "Short walk to beach" doesn't mention you have to cross a fairly busy 2 lane highway to get to it and the beach access is quite hidden with no posted rules. Heads up to the owner - the shower, while roomy, has no grab bar and the floor gets fairly slippery. The driveway is very narrow with ditches on both sides. I have a small car but I still had to be really careful and I think someone with an SUV or RV would find it pretty tricky.ALL IN ALL I would recommend a stay here especially for a family as it provides everything one would need at a reasonable price in a clean and comfy atmosphere.

This little bungalow was perfect for our family. Edward was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our infant. He provided a crib and highchair for our little one and I couldn’t be more grateful. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of blankets and fans in each room. We will definitely be coming back!

Very lovely house on a nice, quiet and shady road. House is so very clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Just a five minute drive to Lexington Beach to watch the sun rise and swim. Hosts are very nice and quick to respond to questions. Definitely plan to return.

Cute and cozy

Cute house with cool nautical theme. It has all the amenities needed for a nice stay. Beds are comfy, coffee and firewood provided and the area is nice and quiet. Close to town and the harbor. Such a relaxing and fun stay.

I rented this property last minute for a quick 3 day getaway with my kids, 8 & 11, before school started. We all loved staying here. It was very clean, had a well equiped kitchen, newer appliances, & plenty of space to sleep. There were games we played both nights. It's a 2 min drive to downtown Lexington which is awesome. We didn't utilize the beach access down the street, but it looked simple enough to get to. I will definitely rent again!

Stayed a week with 3 grandkids ages 14, 12 & 8. The house is comfortable and nicely decorated. It's a short drive to town where there are multiple restaurants, gift shops/boutiques.The owner left information about the house & review of restaurants which was helpful.

Amazing Property

If you're looking for a nice place to stay in Lexington, this place is perfect. Very homey with a nice big yard. Ralph was wonderful and even helped me find a fishing charter for the guys. Shout out to Grey Wolf Adventures!

Family weekend

Thank you for this wonderful little cottage. We went to the Lexington Theater Friday evening which was great fun! Saturday we enjoyed the beautiful beach at the end of the road. The whole experience was easy. I would return to this property for another stay.

Anniversary get-away

It was a wonderful little house and was perfect for us to get away for a few days. I loved the kitchen, everything was clean and the overall feel was homey. We are thinking about bringing the grandchildren for a weekend next summer. Our host was accommodating, very pleasant and the welcome note with dining recommendations was much appreciated. They will love the large yard and it is close to beachfront parks and playgrounds so it will be perfect!
