Checked in and checked the rubber gasket around the refrigerator it was nasty and gross. The microwave did not work no hot water in the sink and come to find out in the shower as well A lot of the electrical out let’s did not work. When you shut of the bathroom light the plug didn’t work do my boyfriend was without oxygen all night. I had to keep a chair under the door handle because the I felt unsafe with the condition of the lock. Was going 2 stay 2 nights but after all this decided to leave and wanted a refund and all hell broke loose with the owner because she did not like what I had to say about the room. Finally got half my money back. I always strip my beds before I leave and put the sheets in the tub with the towels and the owner came into the room to check the water and microwave and all hell broke loose again because she started screaming at me for stripping the bed she got pretty aggressive I had to make a bee line for my vehicle because I didn’t know what she was going to do next as angry and mean as she was. Will never stay there again and the area was pretty sketchy The room smelled of urine as well very unpleasant

Well, I recognized this property as an older chain property. When I saw the photos, I decided we should give it a try. My sister and I were so glad we did! This has gone from an old run-of-the-mill property to amazing! Beautiful on the inside and outside, so clean you can eat off the parking lot! Inside, you can walk around in white socks without knowing you went shoeless! The staff was efficient and polite, but we loved the woman who checked us in and out, she was not only efficient and knowledgable, she was fun!

While on a cross-country trip, without a reservation for the night, I stopped in Liberal, KS. After reviewing some larger national brand accommodations I stumbled across Hotel OYO for half to a third of the price of the others. It looked very clean on the outside and was in a convenient location for eating options. I decided to give them a try. Check-in was smooth and my room was immaculate with TV, refrig and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. To be fair, this is an older property. But it's very apparent the owners take a lot of pride in their motel and keep things clean and in working order. It may not be fancy and there is no complimentary breakfast, but I had money left over for breakfast (and dinner for that matter) with the great price. Hotel OYO was the best value I've seen in years! I will stay here again when passing through.

Budget minded. You Get what you pay for

You get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a budget friendly overnight. It’s fine. Room is decent. Bed is stiff. Walls have paint cracking everywhere due to being painted over who knows how many times. Small old out dated bathroom. Ac/heat works but is super loud. But it allows you to drown out the city noises at night. Would I stay again. Probably. If I was alone sure. Not with a family. Owners were pleasant but the place inside needs an update. The photos are deceiving

This property was better than expected for the price. I would gladly go back in when I’m in liberal they are my go to. Great night sleep good shower and right in the midst of everything I needed from bars to parks to fast food. Great stay!

Manager will steal your deposit

The manager accused me of smoking - I did not smoke in or near my room at any time. Manager admitted to going through my things while i was gone and said he found no evidence, but stood by his accusations. He brought another guest into my room to check - the man said there was no sign of smoke. Manager refused to return my deposit.

El personal es realmente grosero y la señora encargada de los check in no respeta la privacidad los tres días que estuve allí me abría la puerta sin tocar y se metía a revisar el cuarto estando yo en el shower después al check out querían cobrarme 60 dólares extra que por qué hice checkout 20 minutos tarde y cuando les dije que no iba a pagar esa cantidad el señor empezó a gritarme e insultarme diciendo que le iba a marcar ala policía para que me sacara de su propiedad realmente ofensivo y muy groseros
