What a fantastic host and location! Lido Key is very narrow here and the water is 1.5 blocks in either direction. A mangrove forest park and St. Armand's Circle is walking distance too. Sarasota is a 15 min drive and Siesta Key is about 20 min. The unit itself is clean and newly updated I’m guessing maybe from last year’s hurricane? It looks like the photos, is clean and bright, AC works great, the beds firm and comfortable. There are towels, beach chairs and umbrellas provided which really came in handy. There is a washer/dryer for $2.25 in coins back of property. Even with construction below, both sides, up and down the street, the unit is quiet and I heard nothing. Jordan was prompt and available via email for even simple questions. Highly recommend! A few heads ups that may help others: 1. there are tiny ants in the kitchen and if you leave crumbs on the counter, ants will find it. the alternative is toxic spray, so we just made sure to use provided Tupperware or the fridge to seal our open items and clean up right after eating. 2. I think the pillows are down so if you are allergic like me or prefer a pillow with more support, ask ahead 3. Some of the listing pics are confusing. To be clear, there is no pool on this property - that pic is of a pay-public pool a few blocks away & the exterior of the building is not the photo labeled Exterior in the listing - that pic is of a property in Sarasota downtown.

Rental was as described and provided a very nice getaway. The host was very attentive and communicated great! The property was clean, quiet, and inviting. The host provided beach chairs and an umbrella, which was a fantastic perk! Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quick beach trip!

This property was just as stated, a short walk to the beach. Beds were a little firm for our liking but it worked perfectly for our stay. Plenty of room, clean and easy check in. Property manager responded promptly and was super helpful.

Best of both worlds

My wife and I enjoyed our stay for a long weekend getaway. The location is great, best of both worlds, the beach is less than a block away while shops and restaurants at St. Armands Circle are within easy walking distance. The unit was very clean and exactly as described/pictured.

Location, location near Lido Beach

Adorable, well maintained unit walking distance to Lido Beach and St. Armands. All the amenities of home. Super clean. Owner was super to work with. We were not disappointed. Definitely would return.
