On the second level you'll enjoy 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the second bathroom. Plus, you'll find modern comforts like washing machine, satellite tv, heating, air-conditioning, private parking space and you'll relax in a huge shared swimming pool.

This amazing property is located in a newly built residence featuring a swimming-pool area with a solarium, at approx. 300m from the beach and about 500m from the center.
