This spacious villa is spread over multiple levels and offers a ground floor with a living room including a dining area, double sofa bed, and ceiling fan, a small kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, and a small terrace, a patio with fireplace, and a large private fenced garden furnished with a table, chairs, and two sun loungers

On the first floor, with wooden flooring, there is one double bedroom, one bedroom with either two single beds or one double bed, one bathroom with shower box, one bathroom with hydro-massage shower box, and terraces

In the basement, the villa includes a private garage (190 x 250 x 650 cm) and a washing machine

The accommodation also offers free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV with satellite antenna, microwave oven, a free-to-use safe, and independent heating available on request for a fee during the off-season
