We were welcomed with such graciousness: beautiful leis and cold ginger lemon drinks and refreshing towels and then escorted personally to our spacious and artistically decorated condo. Our first night at Timbers was magical with palm trees, flowering tropical plants and lighted tiki torches. Everything is first class: the food, the service, the beautiful surroundings.

One unfortunate issue is the fact it is close to the Lihue airport with many tourist helicopters directly overhead from early on and throughout the day. The airliners taking off an landing are just a minor irritation, but the helicopters do ruin the peaceful enjoyment of an otherwise wonderful experience.

Perfect stay

We absolutely loved everything about Timbers Kauai! The unit was beautiful and was stocked with every detail you could think of. Every member of the staff provided the best service. The location, activities, weather and food were all incredible too.
