It was good hotel to stay over 3 nights for me, easy access to local attractions. The Passage to the entrance is disappointed cos the two shops between are empty and few people sit on floor outside the premise. No tea or coffee in room.

We chose this hotel for its central location and convenient walking distance to the city center. The location was excellent, and breakfast was very good with plenty of variety — definitely worth the small extra cost. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It felt cheap, with several broken items. A wall socket was damaged and sticking out, which felt unsafe. The lamp above the bed was barely secured and looked like it could fall. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable to use. Although the location and breakfast were positives, I would not stay here again.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. Quite disappointed with the exterior of the property and it's access area. It is within a shopping centre entrance which is often the sleeping/toileting place for the homeless. Doesn't feel very safe. The actual hotel once inside is clean and nice. Not a 3 star hotel. Very basic within the room - no kettle /coffee/tea/hairdryer etc. it is located in the town area but a 10/15 walk to the nice restaurants/shopping and bars.
