The mini apartment is located in a privileged place, it is like a private spa in Chorrillos on the border with Barranco and has all the amenities.
Before your entry, the space is ozonized to ensure total disinfection.
It features a queen bed that elevates to give more space during the day. There is a small laptop table with a good wifi and a desk lamp. It also has a standing fan and a large wall mirror. There is a single wardrobe with a mini ironing board and iron and 6 large drawers. Light for reading in bed.
Enjoy the best movies and favorite shows on a 55-inch UHD smart TV with 4K Crystal technology, with 180° movement. I offer my Netflix, HBOMax, Directvgo account for free.
The shower provides hot water 24 hours a day. It has three degrees of heat, has towels, foot rests to get out of the shower and liquid hand soap.
There is a small kitchen equipped with a cold bar, electric induction cooker, rice cooker, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, blender, electric water heater, and complete kitchenware for two people. Pots suitable for preparing simple meals: breakfasts, salads, soups, stews, pastas.
There is a table and high benches to enjoy the view while you enjoy a delicious stew.
It also has a Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favorite music from your cell phone.
The urbanization is gated and has 24/7 security and outdoor parking.
The door of the mini apartment is prepared with acoustic material on the inside to avoid annoying noises.
Within the Urbanization you can walk along the boardwalk at any time in complete safety. There is a nice park with play for pets too.
Leaving the Urbanization and just walking, you can visit the Bridge of Sighs, The Osma Museum, craft breweries, Bars like Juanito, Victoria, Ayahuasca, live music at the La Noche cultural center and many good restaurants with typical and international food such as Isolina, Cantarana and especially the BEST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD "CENTRAL" which is located two blocks from the urbanization.
You can also walk to Agua Dulce, Sombrilla, and Yuyos beaches, among others, to swim or surf.
Two blocks from the mini apartment is Chorrillos Avenue with all types of mobility to any part of Lima.
