This property was not up to the Country Inn & Suites standard. There were many stains on the bed's comforter, the couch in our room was one-half of a set (no arm on the right side???), the common areas were extremely worn, the pool had a questionable foam floating on the surface, etc... Overall we were completely disappointed in our stay and were anxious to check out.

There were stains throughout the carpet. Stains in bathroom and walls. The duvet was dirty but rest of the bedding clean. Towels were small and felt like sandpaper.

Get bigger towels

Breakfast was better than decent in terms of options. Water pressure and water temp was great. Heater/AC was noisy, but that could be because the frigid temps outside made it run almost constantly. Number of towels was minimal, and the towels themselves were smallish and scratchy (not plush at all); but they did the job.

Checking in the front desk staff was unpleasant, I was not made aware the pool was closed when checking, later found this out when me and my kids went to swim and the front desk was very rude and didn’t care. The room was musty and a “clean” towel had blood on it. Never again will I stay here!
