The check in experience was amazing and Antonio was great. After that the service went down hill. We asked for a martini in the bar and they said they didn’t know how to make one. But offered an espresso martini instead?!

This hotel is a 10/10! The wellness facilities were amazing! The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I would stay here a million times over! Great location and you can walk to many places to eat and shop!

I was there for only one night-- wanted to visit King John's Castle (great destination and excellent exhibits) on my way back to the US. But the hotel is well located, well taken care of, with attentive and friendly staff. I'd definitely stay there again.
