Although the other side of the River Shannon to the city it was only a short walk across the bridge. Unlike some other city hotels there not only was parking available under the hotel, but at the time we were there more than ample parking, albeit at a not insignificant cost. Our room was spacious, well decorated, well equipped, comfortable and quiet. The inclusive buffet breakfast was very good and we also had a meal one night in the hotel which was good too. A very smart hotel in a lovely city.

Good option for limerick

It's a good location right next to the river. The hotel has access to a small lap pool, jacuzzi and gym in the building. The lobby and bar is nice. The room itself was a good size but a bit dated and slightly odd smell but not horrible.

Good location, good facilities all round but the parking had issues with the ticket being validated took 3 times to try and validate in the end staff opened the barrier for me. Could be a better system as I was late for my venue that day.

Our only meal on property was breakfast. We were sat down and after 15 mins after I flagged down a waiter who took our order then after another 10 mins my wife’s eggs came but nothing for me so I helped myself to the Buffett but we never once again saw a waiter Or waitress at our table during the entire breakfast

Hotel was in a good location. Not down in the middle of the city, so quieter, but a short (10ish minute) walk to anything you would need. The front desk guy ok. Not super helpful, but got us checked in. The smell in the lobby is strong and doesnt smell good. But the smell was confined to the lobby. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. There was a show at castle nearby we could see and hear from our room which was nice. (Concert was quiet by 10) overall, hotel was fine and i would stay again if i was visiting the area.
