Big kite viewing in town , sandy beach, surf, and whale watching from this Oceanfront Home in Lincoln City. Rare double lot grassy yard overlooking the sand and surf. Big Oceanfront living room 75" High Def big screen with cable. Foosball room. Upstairs is a smart tv with Roku. Perfect for groups of 16 with plenty of bed choices. Huge private grass yard overlooking the beach is perfect for an oceanfront BBQ or croquet tournament. Only 3 stairs to enter the main living area. Besides the kitchen the upper family room has a kitchenette and dining table for playing games & puzzles or enjoying early morning coffee and watching the colorful clouds over the ocean. Large stone mantel with gas fireplace and wall to wall windows overlooking the beach. Gaze at the Sunsets, moonlight over the ocean and whale spouts . Colorful kites are always in view from inside the house & from the large picket fenced yard and brick patio overlooking the surf . It has a Gazebo and several wooden Adirondack chairs for outdoor lounging. There is 1 King bed, 5 Queens beds, 4 twins. Two of the bedrooms and a bath are on the main entry floor. The kitchen is nicely stocked with just about everything you'll need to create a masterpiece for the gang! Kids love the magic of the secret attic and window box seats for games or reading. Beach access is approx 5 houses to the North (D River Wayside). Please, No weddings or rental furniture. There are plenty of chairs for 16 guests.

Views from windows and front yard were spectacular. Enjoyed using the fireplace. Enough room for 10 women to spread out. Beds were comfortable and appreciated having two beds in many of the rooms. Kitchen on a smaller side but was very adequate for cooking. We will want to stay again for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It had room for our group of 15 to spread out. The only down side was for a house this large (allowing for up to 16 guests) the kitchen was super small. It really only allowed for 2-3 people in it comfortably. There wasn’t much counter space for prepping for our large group. We also felt the house was very dated but that also made it feel cozy. We loved the views and the location was greet!

The Family Vacation

We loved the layout of the home as it's loaded with rustic charm. The views of the ocean was incredible! Got to see some whales moving past. The only thing is the bathrooms upstairs do not have a lock but we figured out a way to handle it... a doorknob sign that said do not disturb. The owner, Karen, was so easy to work with and has a great personality. Everyone had a great time. I will be renting this house again!

Unique house

We loved the house and its location, the yard and views are beautiful. All the wood work inside made it unique from other houses we have stayed at. The house had most everything we need and plenty of room for our large family to gather. Some of the bedrooms and the kitchen were pretty small, but doable for our large group. (13 people)The only downfall was that there is no beach access, but it is in walking distance. Our family would stay there again

 good location, but no direct beach access from house. Difficult to control temperature in main downstairs area. Lacks closet space to hang clothes. Also, awesome view from upstairs bonus room. Wish that tv was hooked up to cable.
