The home has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with the essentials for preparing meals, a dining table and breakfast nook for morning coffee or casual meals, and a comfortable family room with Wi-Fi and TV for winding down after a day at the beach.

The downstairs bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the upstairs bedroom is the fun little surprise of the cottage. Tucked into the charming A-frame-style upper level, this cozy space has a full-size bed plus a twin pull-out, making it an especially fun setup for kids or adventurous guests. Fair warning: the upstairs space is definitely cozy and has that quintessential tiny-cottage feel!

The bathroom is also petite, so think charming and functional rather than sprawling. It has everything you need, just in a very compact package.

Outside, you'll find a nice yard with room for the whole crew to stretch out, including four-legged family members. There's space to enjoy a fire and relax outdoors, but please note that the yard is not fully fenced, so pets will need to be supervised. Dogs are welcome for a $100 pet fee.

When you're ready to explore, you'll find the beach just about four blocks away, making it easy to grab your beach towel and head for the sand without having to get back in the car.

The cottage is also conveniently located near the shopping, restaurants, attractions, and everyday conveniences that make Lincoln City such a popular Oregon Coast destination. Spend the morning walking the beach, browse the local shops, grab lunch or dinner nearby, then come back to your little cottage for a quiet evening in the yard.
