Perfect for a family, this dog-friendly Lincoln City vacation condo is the answer to your dreams of a spirited getaway on the Northern Oregon Coast. Newly renovated, it has all the home essentials, plus a great location close to the beach and shopping in town.

Residing in the Sandstone Point complex, this two-bedroom condo is a quick drive to kayaking and boating in Devils Lake, crabbing, clamming, and wildlife viewing in Siletz Bay, and boutique shops and eateries along Highway 101. It's also conveniently situated for exploring the rugged coastline, with beach access about a two-block walk away and down a set of stairs.

You'll find plenty to love about this condo, including its bright and inviting interior, an outdoor balcony with panoramic views, and conveniences like WiFi, cable TV, and modern kitchen appliances. A leather sofa sits near a wall-mounted flatscreen TV in the living area with an adjacent compact kitchen space for cooking meals.

Eat together at the four-seat table underneath the TV, dine al fresco on the balcony, or enjoy the picnic-like setting of the shared outdoor courtyard's table.

Bed Bugs

The unit had bed bugs. And management did nothing. We woke up covered in bites and it ruined our whole trip. Management said they found no evidence of bed bugs so they wouldn’t refund me (not surprising). Of course they are going to say that. I had to wash everything meticulously when we got home before we took anything inside. We put the suitcases in bags and left them in the hot car for a few days to kill any bugs who tried to hitch a ride home. Revolting place. Horribly managed. Clearly they cut corners while cleaning. It was supposed to be relaxing but we all felt dirty and stressed.

The price was fantastic! We struggled to have hot water. Something was wrong that they couldn't fix. So I boiled water on the stove to take a bath. But that wouldn't stop me from staying at this place again.

Not a good experience

We were very disappointed. The room is dirty from years of wear and needs a new paint job. Roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. The mattress is hard, with springs, more like a box spring. The kitchen is horribly understocked. The only enjoyable part of this stay.was the view of the ocean.

Lots of hair and strong dog smell

The rooms have carpets and when the house is hot the strong smell of dog is felt throughout the house, apart from the sofa cover they did not wash it and the hairs come out everywhere

Hair ties holding kitchen faucet together. Broken chair on balcony. Toilet leaking. Floors and carpet very dirty. Hole in wall above bed. Garbage on ground outside of Balcony. Light out outside of front door where there is a step.

Not as advertised

The view was amazing. It was very small. The pictures were not accurate. The table was not the same, the kitchen was horribly small, the fridge was 6 inches from the counter, the futon had a cover on it to cover the cracking leather, the bathroom had a hole near the faucet in the shower, the patchwork by the shower head looked like a kid did it, the ceiling had a hole that was filled with a paper towel, there was no storage or closets for anything, the carpets were horribly stained, the stove burners were off so caused heating issues, the kitchen sink had draining issues when doing dishes, there was no internet the whole time we were there so we had use our mobile hotspot.

Great price, would stay again

As other reviews have stated, the condo itself isn’t quite as elegant as the pictures may have you believe. It looks a bit run down in places. But I was there for a concert and the beach, so it was a perfect jumping off point for me. It was a fantastic location, seemed very clean, and it was a really great price. It had a pretty good ocean view and it is a short walk to a beautiful beach that never felt too crowded, and is away from the congested part of town. I will absolutely stay here again.

A Place to sleep

The property itself was fine and clean. The website has an incorrect phone number of some poor lady in Lincoln City that has no connection to VRBO or VACASA. ( You need to fix this). We were told there was a washer & dryer & there wasn't. TV on the wall did not work. We never saw anyone on sight until we dropped sheets at the office on our departure. ( Checkout process ask you to start laundry). Property was not (Close to Beach) as stated.

Not worth it

When we walked in it did smell clean which was greatly appreciated. I was confused though when looking around because the listing photos show a different stove than what is there, the futon is so old the leather material is cracked so there's a cover over it and I realized the listing never showed photos of a fridge but did say there's a full size fridge under the listed amenities. The kitchen sink head detaches to use as a hose but it is so worn out that any time you turn on the water the hose drops more and more. A few burners on the stove were unconnected and the cookware to use is so old it could probably heat up some cancer causing agents if used. The cords for the tv are sloppy and stuck to the wall by screws, and this was the worst bed I have EVER slept in. The bed was so thin, slumped in the middle, and had some plastic feeling mattress topper that made noise when you push down on it. The view was great, I will say that. Also, when we arrived the fire alarm was beeping due to a dead battery so I called the local number given in my confirmation email and the voicemail says this person is no longer the contact for those buildings. I called Vacasa and the gentleman was nice who I spoke to and said he'll have someone replace the battery for me, but no one ever came and I never heard back. I spent almost $500 for 2 nights in this place and it was not worth that. The fees charged were insane and I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

Lincoln City Beach Float Weekend

The condo was good for the price, it's an older condo, but clean. We were unable to use the TV all weekend. Please provide instructions for use for visitors that is easily found. Also, the lockboxes are old and difficult to use. Please replace and upgrade.

Not quite what we expected.

Over all it was a nice stay. Great location. Unfortunately we found a very unclean condo. Sheets were not changed, dirty towels, the sliding glass door had dog nose prints all over it, and there was a puddle of dog pee on the carpet in one of the bedrooms. We wound up taking all the bedding to the laundromat and going to the store to get cleaning supplies. So our first night in Oregon was spent doing laundry and cleaning the condo. The management company did come the next day and reclean everything including the carpets. But it was not a great first impression. The condo did was not as nice as it looked in the pictures. The stove was much different and older. The was a light fixture with paper towels sticking out around it., and the smoke detector was beeping from a low battery.

While the photo shows an apparently updated property the cracks/holes in the walls, dirt behind the beds, broken electrical wall outlets, worn out beds, ants, extremely thin walls over grown landscaping, cut screen door and ivy growing up thru the floor were unacceptable. This is the first poor review I’ve had to give of a VRBO listing. The price is the only saving grace. We will not stay at this property again. We could hear every word of the neighbors agreements. Unable to access the beach from the property as the photos lead us to believe.

Property not as it appears online

Property was dated and run down, not as appears in online pictures. The tv and cable did not work. Property manager was not available after many attempts to contact them. The view was nice and beach access was adequate. It could be challenging for some as the route was very steep. The wall do not block out noise from neighboring guests. I would not recommend this property.

This place was fine. Building a little loud, kitchen way too small (only 1 drawer for all silver, utensils, knives, etc) but great location and manager very responsive when we had a problem with our smoke alarm.
