Liked the property. Pretty area our room view was great. Only thing was nobody ever came to clean our room or give any fresh towels. New had to go ask when we needed them. I wasn’t expecting every day but maybe every other. Parking was not good and had to try to maneuver through especially where pop machine was if a truck parked there.

Well went potty if thing and toilet had poop 💩 marks in it the floors still had sand on them and table and chairs looked like they were shoved into the corner of room being it’s at the beach I can understand a little bit of sand on the floor is understandable but having poop marks in the toilet is not I’m not the type of person that complains that’s why I did not call the office but since you sent me this, I wanted to be honest

Our family like everything, specifically the swimming pool and jacuzzi with ocean views. Very nice 150 steps up the stairs to the ocean. Relax place, room have all necessary. Receptionists was very helpful and kind. Thanks! the stairs to the ocean

There were hair in the bathroom, tub and shower area. The heater/AC unit was always on. Very noisy. Bathroom window does not lock. Bed was good, view was great. Overall, the room was very old and not kept up. The walls and floor were ok.

This has a great view. And that's the best part of staying here. It was overpriced for what you get ammenities wise. The fire alarm went off every night because they continue sell rooms that trigger the alarm when you cook. The alarm went off every night we were here. The cleanliness was average. They forgot to clean a whole bathroom (hair everywhere and behind the door, under the toilet seat) and sand and a used wash cloth in the bathroom. The property is old but I kind of expect that for this price range at the coast. The nail in the coffin was that we have a young kiddo under 4 and we were placed above the pool. The pool was loud from people using it. Thats fine but the pool hours were until 10 pm. We gave an extra 15 minutes to be nice to the people who were havjng fun. But when we called the reception desk they told us "oh. Well let's just guve them until 10:30". I get that but we are paying customers too. Wouldn't come back here. Plenty of other better places to stay in same price range.

I didn't like the condition of the room. Not clean and no privacy shades were broke. Stove didn't work that good. Fridge kept coming out of spot and smashing my fingers.liked that it was close to everything i needed to go too.I did feel safe.

This place was a nightmare, checking in was at 4, which in my opinion is already fairly late. When I came to check in 10 minutes before four I was told by a woman with an attitude that my room wouldn’t be ready till four. So I waited till about 4:15 went back up and The Woman again told me my room wasn’t ready. At this time, I noticed that there was a group of people that was outside of the front office. One of them was upset because they got checked into a room that wasn’t cleaned and it had everybody’s trash and unmade beds left from the previous tenant. Two other people were waiting in line that their rooms were not ready either. I was asked to continue to wait even longer. So I waited in my car till about 5:30 before checking to see if I could get into my room. They still did not have it ready. I then contacted Expedia. The hotel tried to offer me $20 off of my room if I waited, it was now 6 o’clock. They estimated my room would take another 40 minutes before I was available to check in it. I don’t know about anybody else, but when I go on vacation, I wanna be able to check into my room immediately and go about my day. I sat outside of this place for two hours and 15 minutes and still had no room. Expedia was able to get them to refund my room. But then they never approved the refund so now I’m having to dispute the purchase. Another thing is they say they allow dogs but when I got to the front desk, they make you pay more money if your dog is not registered.

Awesome!

We had a blast at your hotel. We loved our room and have never been so lucky to have a ocean view room in our lives, needless to say my 12-year-old's jaw dropped when we opened the door. Service was amazing, every which way.

The location basically can’t be beat. And we knew we weren’t paying for a 5 star resort but the overwhelming smell of weed/cigarette smoke/dogs and general unclean presentation of the rooms was pretty disappointing. Amber at the front desk was sweet and accommodating and sympathetic to a few of the concerns I did mention to her about the haphazard way our room was when we arrived. We only stayed one night so we didn’t make a huge fuss and stayed but with a family we definitely can’t justify staying again in the future unless the property were to have a major renovation. Thank you Amber, you were great!

We ended up not staying and eating the $400 we paid for the room. It was not at all like all the reviews. It was dirty. The bed was not made very well the chairs had dirt on the arms. The toilet had not been cleaned. The bed fram was made of 2×6s. It made me feel very dirty. My husband's was not happy it was supost to be a nice couple of days together. It would be nice to get my money back . I know that won't happen.

Great location, great view, comfortable bed. room was still dirty upon arrival so we could not check in for at least an hour after the normal check-in time. During our stay we had to ask several times to make up the room which never happened so we went to the front desk to get fresh towels etc.

Great bang for your buck

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for couple of families spending a little quality time on the beach. We had 2 bathrooms, a dishwasher, and the space was roomy and comfortable. When we arrived, one room had no lights, but maintenence came and sorted it in just a few minutes.

Room had a beautiful view and great access to beach. Unfortunately the room was quite dirty. Blood on bathroom door, crumbs on carpet, sand pushed to back of doors. Getting into Lincoln city, everything looked safe but the hotel was in an area that left us a little uneasy.
