Nestled in the Sandstone Point property toward the south side of town, and a short walk to the beach, this studio gives you the chance to hit the beach with ease and explore the local attractions.

A decor of soothing purple mixes with an ocean-themed palate and welcomes you in. Check out what's on cable when you turn on the flatscreen HDTV, or cuddle up by the fireplace with a good book. Enjoy the ocean views from your deck as you use the WiFi to send off that last email.

The mini-fridge will keep your drinks cool, while the microwave will let you heat up a quick bite to eat before you get out on the beach.

With two soft queen-size beds, up to four guests and your canine companions (for a small nightly pet fee) can stay here with ease. Make a cup of coffee in the coffee maker while your guests get ready in the vanity area.

Paddle through the dark blue waters of Devils Lake with a SUP or a kayak and explore the surrounding beauty. It was okay…

Condo was fine, but fire place did not work and we had to be the ones to figure that out. The heat also had to cranked to the max to stay warm. They also did not inform us that the beach access was not available. Overall it was just … OK

The photos in the listing are accurate. It was pretty clean...just the shower curtain and the walls could use a wash. Nothing that interfered with my stay. The view was amazing.

Great location!

Ho hum good view

This is a hotel room. Great view and location. But…issues. Had to call for Wi-Fi info…no hot water in the morning…fireplace went out…etc. All issues were fixed day of so kudos to local staff. Reviews show these are chronic issues so be aware. We still had a fine time but know you are really getting a no frills hotel experience.

What we needed for our weekend on the coast

Great view of the ocean. Easy check-in, no fancy bells or whistles, but had what you need when you aren’t going to be hanging out in a room. Great location to walk to the beach, and to local shopping.

Good place for a short weekend. Beautiful views of the ocean, enjoyed the fireplace to warm up after a rainy day, and nicely decorated. The only cons were it looked like the shower hadn't been cleaned (hairs stuck to the wall), and the beds could have been more comfortable.

This room was tired and in need of renovation, including new mattresses, paint, and a general cleaning. The lovely view from the balcony was diminished by the moldy chairs and railing and need for paint. This was a bare minimum place, that came with a low price, but did offer a great view for 3rd story units.

Was over all a great place to stay only issue we had was the glass sliding door didint lock. Making it very easy for one of the other ppl from the units to hop over the small divide and let them selfs in if the wished. Other than that place was great price was amazing and the view was breath taking

Inexpensive/pet friendly coastal accommodations

Quick/ easy check in. Location was close to everything you could want to do in Lincoln city. Pet friendly accommodations had special towels for the dog. The beach was a very short walk away and there was plenty of green space for taking the dog out. Lots of other people there had their dogs also and everyone picked up after their pets. Great value for the price. The one thing I think would have beef good to have is a hose to rinse the dog/feet off after beach combing (maybe there was somewhere but we didn’t see one) and an ice machine.

Leave your truck at home

The sink faucet was loose, the floor was sandy, and the screen door came off it's track and wouldn't open well. We didn't try the fireplace as it was too hot in the room until we opened the door to cool it down. Otherwise the room was clean, plenty of towels and hot water. Fridge and microwave worked. The price was right. My biggest complaint was the parking! The hill was steep, the width and spaces were narrow. If anyone parked slightly off or had a truck, It was very hard to park and never in front of the building we stayed in, which made loading difficult.

The view is incredible! The place needs a deep cleaning and a few modifications that I made VACASA aware of. After that, I would give it a 10. We are so very grateful that a place such as this was listed at a price within our budget!

The property was not clean enough

The beds had hair from previous tenants and mud on the other bed. It just looked that the rooms and beds were not cleaned before we checked in. This is completely unacceptable as during a pandemic we expected every room to be cleaned and sanitzed thoroughly.

Had a pleasant stay

The staff was amazing! My only complaint was the beds were terrible WHICH is one of the most important things when we stay somewhere. My husband has a bad back (just had surgery). The beds were so bad in the first room we called to see if they had anything better.. vacasa got us in touch with the hotel staff and they showed us a few different rooms until we found one with a comfy bed! They were amazing and so accommodating. So like I said, overall a good experience just recommend getting better beds. With a good bed and that view and that staff you would be a very cool place to stay.

Great location for weekend getaway

Great location, amazing view of the ocean. Short walk to the beach. This unit is clean and has everything basic for your stay. Minor things are that patio door is missing screen door and there is no privacy from your neighbors on patio. We really enjoyed our weekend.
