Key card never worked. Had to go to desk each time we tried to get in our room. Happened to all of the family traveling with us. A total of five rooms.Asked to be blocked with 4 other rooms for family traveling with us. They did not do it. I called them several days ahead and asked them to do so. Got moved to another room which had no refrigerator.

The room itself was nice and roomy, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Some chipping paint, but overall, a nice space. The pool was a nice temperature and a good size, but the pool room itself has broken tiles, and it smells musty/moldy. I would stay here again, though. Good breakfast, quiet rooms/halls.

An ok hotel affordable in an ok area. Unfortunately one of the nights there was a tornado watch and when i asked the hotel if there was a tornado shelter and they said no and had no suggestions on where to go. I ended up going to my daughters apartment that has a tornado shelter I really think there should be a better answer to where do you go if there is a tornado

Prepaid and gave a credit card for incidentals. They put a $100 hold on my card and the next day they put another $100 hold on it. Called and asked for manager and was disconnected. Only been a choice rewards member for about 20 years.

Hotel seemed safe, fairly quiet. I liked that it was close to major streets but not on them- just off- so not quite as much traffic. Rooms could do with a bit of updating, as there were no USB ports anywhere. Most hotels now have USB ports in lamp bases or USB outlets.

Nice place for a quick stay. Small nice warm pool

Surprisingly nice hotel near Mall and NWU. Breakfast was eggs and protein of some type each day. Also had waffles with a chocolate option! Should've gone swimming the first night on Thursday as Friday all the families arrived and oh boy there were about 12 kids in the water 😅
