The restaurant i think should be open later. Also you need to have more waiting staff ! 1 waitress is not enough when i had to get up and leave where we were waiting for 25 minutes ! its busy ! Was very disappointed..that we didnt receive amenu and she never came over . Not her fault its lack off help . Th8s needs to be addressed!!

The rooms were very out dated with deferred maintenance. Marks all over the walls, need to be painted. Sinks in bathrooms need to be replaced. The room smelled of wet dog. The heat didn't work, when we arrived the temperature was 50 degrees. There were childrens hand prints all over the sliders. Also, there should be a time limitation for children to be in the hot tub/pool area with adults or even a separate hot tub/pool area for adults only. 9:30 at night tryijng to relax and have conversation in hot tub with friends as 4 year olds jumping in and out.

The outdoor heated pool and hot tub for the winter is definitely the highlight of this property. So fun to be swimming in the snow overlooking the mountains.

Stayed in The hotel rooms across the street. The room was clean. There was a huge king bed and a double bed. Beds were comfy but bring your own pillow.

The manager needs to be attentive to getting the place cleaned up before 8am and the bubbles on the indoor hot tub was is broken the coffee was out at 8 am. The staff should been on that or get an updated coffee station. The clean up guy was in the bathroom when I came out of stall half dressed at 830- 9 am. Get that stuff done earlier. The manager should be stepping in to clean or help. Do what it takes.

Winter getaway

Had a great getaway with two adults and 8 year old. Pools were great and jacuzzis were amazing! Loved the food at the resort restaurant which was so convenient being on property. Will sure to be back!

No frills room but great price and nice staff

Stayed for just a night so we could visit the Ice Castles. Didn’t realize there were rooms across the street from the resort. Didn’t take advantage of the year round outdoor pool as it entailed walking across the street. Anyway. Nice stay, skipped the breakfast buffet but we’re weee offered the breakfast menu, which was very accommodating. Our room was no frill, dated, but clean and comfortable. (Loved the electric fireplace) definitely worth the affordable price and may be back as the array of accommodations was impressive. Cottages, houses… lots to do up here!!!

Shred Gnar then Stay Here.

After a day of shredding the gnar at the nearby Tenney Mountain, the hot tub was a fantastic way to relax and rejuvenate the body. We were bummed we didn't come across any extraterrestrials, but the stay was excellent anyway.

The property was a little dated but clean. Nice touch with an electric fireplace in the room. Meals were good and they had entertainment when were were there (line dancing)
