Staff was great anenities are always great but the room had black mold in my shower so we never used it had to shower in a family members room. Like i said staff and amenities are always great. We are just not down with the lack of sanitation.

Our room was fairly large, but clearly out of date. there were no outlets to charge our devices, there were outlets in the table lamps but they only worked when the light was on. They also were so worn that our plugs would not stay inserted. The bathroom was also out of date, the shower and toilet were in a very small room which was uncomfortable to use. the space for the sink was spacious but outdated.

We did not eat at the resort so I cannot comment. The outdoor hot tub was perfect. It was very quiet and serene in the area around the hotel.
