The house is located in downtown Lincoln, close to shops, food, the lake, and anything else you require for your stay. The house itself is very well appointed and clean; the host went above and beyond to make this a great vacation rental, that really feels like a home. The house has everything you need, really everything has been thought of, I cannot overstate how well this property is set up for a vacation rental. I plan on booking this rental again for our trip to Maine next season. I highly recommend this property if travelling to this part of Maine.

The property exceeded our expectations! Location was perfect. Quick walk to the grocery store, Charlie’s Seafood Market and Gather, a great breakfast restaurant. We spent a lot of time at the lake, which is almost right across the street. The playground is great and we didn’t realize there are lifeguards, and paddle boards, kayaks and life jackets for free use. The house itself was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. Great shower, well stocked kitchen, and we appreciated the games and DVDs. Outdoor seating was comfortable and we had great weather so we really got to enjoy the large yard. Other than the sound of balls bouncing at the basketball hoops across the street, which didn’t bother us because it was nice to see kids having fun, it was quieter than I would have expected being right in the middle of town. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

The house was very clean. Very close walking distance to the lake and town shopping. The house is across the street from a park/playground/basketball court. Great view of the lake.
