Mountain Retreat Located Seconds from Loon Mt, Lincoln and White Mtns

Two bedroom, one bath tri-level townhouse nestled in The Village of Loon. Sleeps 4-5 people.
YES! We are air conditioned.
The lower level contains the master bedroom with a king size bed and Jack-and-Jill bathroom with laundry. The enclosed loft contains 2 twin beds and an additional pull-out single chair. Bring a sleeping bag and a pillow for your 3rd child to sleep on the pullout (bedding not supplied for the pullout single, see pictures for visual)

The Village at Loon is located seconds from the entrance to Loon Mountain. Take a gondola ride to the top and enjoy a stunning view of the mountains, explore the glacier caves and have a snack, take a zipline ride across the river or if you're feeling adventurous, or zipline through the trees. Close to dozens of hiking trails and local attractions, including downtown Lincoln, Lost River, Hobo Railroad, Whale's Tale Water Park and Clark's Trading Post, Polly's Pancake Pallor, Franconia Notch, Cannon Mountain's tram, the Flume Gorge and the historic Basin. About a 45 minute drive to Mt. Washington, the Cog Railroad, North Conway, Santa's Village and Story Land.

Amenities available only a short walk away include 4 pools, tennis courts, hot-tubs, and a workout room. Bringing Fido with you; there are pet pick-up stations accessible for your convenience along with lots of paved walking areas around the Village and off-leash trails. Perfect for a family or couple.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Clean and cozy. Tom and his family make it such a perfect place to stay. We loved the neighborhood to walk our dog and to be close to the trails of the White Mountains. We loved it so much we booked it again this year.

July 4th getaway

We came to Lincoln to meet up with family who were staying in the area. The condo was great for what we needed - the kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates etc and the fireplace was nice to come back to when we got soaked during a hike. Who knew in July we would need a fireplace. The living room was spacious enough for our family of 4 and we enjoyed the small deck for our morning coffee. Our teens enjoyed the exercise room though that space was run down - still good enough for our kids. Location was great - minutes drive to Main Street in Lincoln and a walk to loon mountain

Summer trip to Loon

We had a great time visiting Loon for our wedding, and this property was perfect for what we needed. It was easy to access, there were good instructions on what to do within the unit for checkout, a highlighted map of the property etc. and we really enjoyed our stay here!

Excellent getaway.

The property was very nice and cozy, close to the town and the many trails we hiked. The rental had plenty of amenities and we were thrilled to bring our dog for our trip with no surprise "Dog Fee" like we would get in a hotel. Would be interested in coming back and booking again to enjoy the area some more!

Our stay was truly impressive. The condo offered all the necessary amenities for a 5-day stay. The property was meticulously maintained and spotless. The property maintenance team showed remarkable efficiency in keeping everything clear of snow and ice during the Thanksgiving snowstorm.

Great location for fall leaf peepers

This property has all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer Although it’s not new, it was well maintained and clean. My only complaint is that there was only one bathroom and its located in the lower level. For guests sleeping up in the loft, you must go down and back up two flights of stairs.
