Terrible hotel

The front desk attendent was not very friendly. He seemed to not like his job. When i arrived to check in i stood at the desk for 2 min before he acknowledged me then i said i need to check in and he then replied he did not want to check me in. I said you have no choice i have a reservation and been driving for hours. He was rude telling me to look for signs for when the ice machine and im from this area. Just overall bad experience will not return.

This property was a mixed bag. The cost was very affordable and the bed was very comfortable. The property (interior) was in need of daily cleaning, stocking by housekeeping and maintenance. The elevator looked like it had not been vacuumed in a week or more. There were no glasses (the plastic glasses you normally see with the ice bucket) in the room. There was one small bar of soap. The microwave was dirty. The room curtains were torn. The bathroom door would not latch. The toilet would run constantly if the handle was not jiggled. EVERY TIME. When I checked in, the clerk was on the phone rather than talking to me. When I checked out, the clerk could not be bothered to come to the counter so I could get a rcpt. I dialed the phone and he said to just throw the keys in the bin. Since I paid less than $50 for one night, ill call this one overall OK. Barely OK. Not great in any way. If your standards are low, and cost is paramount, you might find this property acceptable.

There was ants crawling all over the beds and the shower. The water smelt like eggs. The sink wasn’t clean there was brown stuff coming from around it. The room wasn’t clean there was dirty cups in it when we got there.

The individual working in the afternoons have set I believe he is management and may live on property along with family. Seemed very distant and liked customer service skills and seemed like anyone who approached him and asked for anything was inconveniencing him. The continental breakfast was to a minimum Same cereal, biscuits and gravy. Stayed for a week. Was highly disappointed with the breakfast. The property was not up to pair in comparison to other places. Housekeeping does not clean your room every day. They usually just drop off towels, empty the trash and leave. Internet service cuts in and out excessively. Kind of seemed as if it was more of a hotel for homeless.
