We were really looking forward to our family stay in Lincoln, but unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed with the condition of the property and how the situation was ultimately handled. We brought quite a bit of food specifically to BBQ during our stay, only to find the grill badly damaged/smashed up. We did not feel it was safe to use with our family, so we were unable to use an amenity we had specifically planned around. The upstairs deck was completely taped off with yellow caution tape and could not be used at all. On the lower deck, one of only two chairs was bent in half and unusable. More concerning was one of the kitchen chairs. The seat cushion was not properly screwed or secured to the chair, which caused our child to fall out of it. Thankfully, he was okay, but this was a safety issue that should have been caught before a family checked in. In one of the bedrooms, the window screen was so badly bent that we didn't feel comfortable opening the window because of bugs getting inside. The condo's only ceiling fan also had a note written on it telling guests not to use it. We spoke with a maintenance employee, Chris, and explained the issues. His boss, Nick, then called us and we went through the entire list with him. Nick was understanding and assured us that we would hear back regarding some options. We did eventually receive a $118 refund back to our debit card for the inconvenience, which we appreciate. However, considering the number of issues we encounte
