This holiday home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.
Master bedroom is a large double,
Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have a set of twin beds plus there is a double sofa bed available in the lounge
All linens are included
Family bathroom has full walk in shower, there is also an additional WC
The kitchen has all modern amenities including an hob, oven and a microwave.
Living space is large and comfortable with fireplace and TV
On the deck you’ll find the Hot tub as well as outdoor dining area
High speed WiFi access is also set up
Free Parking at the property for 1 vehicle comfortable or 2 small
Travel cot and highchair available if required

Guest passes for the on site facilities can be purchased from myself before arrival. On site we have many bars and restaurants, an indoor pool and splash park, lakeside lido, adventure golf, high ropes course and zip line, pedalo hire, amusement arcade, outdoor splash pad, aqua park (seasonal) live entertainment, outdoor cinema, adventure playground and many bookable activities from pottery painting and slime workshops to laser tag and high ropes!

- Lincoln Castle – A historic site offering both heritage and scenic views.

**House Rules:**
- Check-in time is from 3pm. Check-out is 10am.
- No smoking within the property, if smoking outside please dispose of used cigarettes respectfully.

We are animal lovers and would love if you brought your pets along, if you have any concerns please email ahead of booking

We have parking facilities on site!

**Can we use the property for our party?**
Unfortunately the property is not suitable for big parties.
The property is located in a quiet area and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. They’re very friendly and respectful of us and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us.
