The The Flume Riverside Relaxation at the PEMICABINS

A one-bedroom riverside cabin with a screened porch directly over the water—great for coffee, dinner, or unwinding to the river’s sound. Inside, a queen bed with fresh linens, living area with TV, and a decorative fireplace (not for use). Refreshment station includes mini-fridge, microwave, and drip coffee maker for quick snacks and drinks. Heated for cool weather; fans available in summer. A comfortable, practical choice for two.

The Flume, a cozy one-bedroom riverside cabin, sits directly on the banks of the Pemigewasset River. This peaceful retreat provides a rustic escape surrounded by the natural beauty of the White Mountains.

The cabin accommodates up to two guests and includes the following:

**Sleeping Arrangements:**

One queen-sized bed with fresh linens, curtains, and shades for restful sleep. Guests often enjoy nature’s own “sound machine” - the calming river just outside.

**Bathroom:**

Full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo.

**Entertainment & Comfort:**

Comfortable living space with cable TV and a decorative fireplace (not for use). The Flume is equipped with heat for year-round comfort. While there is no air conditioning, fans are available on demand to keep you cool in warmer months.

**Screened-In Porch with River View:**

Private screened-in porch directly overlooking the river, complete with a table and chairs - perfect for a riverside dinner, morning coffee, or evening relaxation.

**Refreshment Station:**

While The Flume does not include a full kitchen, it comes equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and drip coffee maker - ideal for storing and reheating snacks and beverages. Guests also have access to our outdoor communal charcoal grills and picnic areas.

Guests enjoy full access to the riverside "Pemi Pub" (next to Cabin #5), communal charcoal grills with covered dining areas, an outdoor shuffleboard court (equipment stored in the Pemi Pub), communal fire pits (firewood available for purchase onsite), free Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, pet-friendly accommodations, and no cleaning fees.
