Welcome to our three level Home located in southwest Lincoln just minutes away from Southpointe mall.

Our main level has an open kitchen/dining/living area with an additional formal dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the household amenities needed for a comfortable stay. There is a game/arcade room which has dart board, foosball table, skeeball, virtual pinball, and other arcade games for your entertainment. You will also find the screened in 3 seasons room off the open kitchen/dining area which has a nice outdoor sectional, an outdoor bartop for seating for 6, and a television.

Outside, you will find your oasis with an inground chlorine pool, pool loungers, and outside daybed. For safety, the pool is completely fenced in. We provide an abundance of floats and pool toys for people to play/lounge. Also in the backyard, you will find the hot tub, children's playset, firepit area, and picnic table.

The basement boasts a family room we turned into a home theatre with 120-inch screen and projector hooked up to a Roku. There is a couch, bean bags, and a bar top with stools for extra seating for movie nights. Also in the basement is a 2 part bedroom with a king bed in one part and full over full bunkbeds as well as a 3/4 bathroom.

The upstairs level has the Master with king bed and en-suite bathroom and nice desk for a dedicated work area. There is also two additional bedrooms with queen beds and one more full bathroom.

All tv's in the house are Roku smart tv's for you to hook up to your streaming services. Every bedroom has a television, but we do not provide services or cable.

We gladly encourage you to bring along your four-legged friends as we do allow pets (up to 2). We provide one large sized dog kennel located in the garage for you to use if you wish. Due to increased cleaning costs and added wear on the property, we do charge an additional nightly fee of $100.

We are about a 10-minute drive to Memorial Stadium and to Pinnacle Bank Arena. On football gamedays, there is a shuttle located just a few minutes away that can take you down to the stadium. If you have more questions regarding this, please let us know.

While we love to provide an awesome place for people to have a great time. This house is also in a great neighborhood and the neighbors live here full-time. We like to respect their privacy as well, so we do have strict quiet hours for the outdoor space. Those hours are 9:30 on weeknights and 10:30 on weekends
