White Mountain Four Season Vacation Getaway!!

Enjoy a White Mountains adventure from this three-level, fully furnished townhome located at the Village of Loon. Our main level has a fully equipped kitchen and a combined living and dining room area with a wood-burning fireplace. The master bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a deck. The entry-level has a bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom. The open loft bedroom with additional living space also has twin beds. Rental includes access to the VOL swim and tennis club which has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, tennis, a fitness center, and a game room. The location is across the road from Loon Mountain Resort and the Pemigewasset River. Complimentary shuttle service to the ski mountain is available in the winter. There are many terrific local opportunities for hiking and biking in addition to excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. The rental unit is 15 minutes from Canon Mountain, Clarks Trading Post, and Franconia Notch; 20 minutes to Plymouth NH area, 30 minutes to Bretton Woods,40 minutes to North Conway and 60 minutes from Manchester airport and Concord area. Lincoln New Hampshire is easily accessible from I-93.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Return any furniture that you moved to its original location.
Lower the temperature as indicated on each thermostat.
Close all windows and leave dehumidifier running during the summer months.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Check out procedures will be sent prior to renters stay and are posted in the condo. NOTE: Late checkout subject to a $50 per hour additional fee.
Please leave passes (pool, shuttle bus-2, overflow parking) in the unit upon departure.
All furniture must be returned to the location it was in upon renter's arrival.
