Port Lucy - Family Home w/ Direct Access to Bay!

Experience coastal bliss in Port Lucy, w/ direct access to the Bay! This Maine retreat boasts room for 8 and welcomes your canine family! With three levels, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax or visit with family and friends. Explore the tidal pools or sit back and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Perfect for summer gatherings or quiet moments, this Maine haven offers an unforgettable summertime escape. Centrally located right off of Rt. 1 with quick access to surrounding towns.

Port Lucy is located down a long, private driveway off of Rt. 1 in Northport. Upon arrival, you will notice the large home situated closest to the ocean - this is Port Lucy! There is plenty of parking for a number of vehicles; there is a covered carport as well as several spaces to the left of the home.

The main entrance to the three story home is located under the carport and brings you directly into the large mudroom and laundry room. From there you enter the spacious kitchen, fully stocked with everything needed to create meals for the family. Off of the kitchen you will find a deck with a grill overlooking the water. Beyond the kitchen there is an open concept living room/dining room complete with a heat pump for heat and AC and a Smart TV. There is also access through the french doors to the screened in porch right next to the fireplace. Additionally on the first floor there is a library with a designated workspace and the primary bedroom with king sized bed and en suite. There are two bathrooms located on the first floor, one with a tub.

The second floor has the other three bedrooms and one full bathroom. Two bedrooms contain queen sized beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for kids. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony for your use!

The lower level has a workout room, large sectional couch, the second TV, fourth bathroom and french doors to walk out directly to the ocean. Please note, we ask you sign a waiver before using the workout equipment. Refer to the photo in the listing for available equipment.

Port Lucy is set up with your family in mind, but please let us know if you need anything during your stay!

There are other buildings on the property that guests do not have access to (garage, cottage, etc). The cottage is occupied with a tenant during the summer months!

Guests are not permitted to use the wood stove in the living room or the pellet stove in the kitchen.

Guests do not have access to 4th floor.

I am available through the Airbnb app or on the phone number provided in the guide at the house. Guests will not see me unless they need me!

Port Lucy is located down a long driveway off of Rt. 1 in Northport. You cannot hear the traffic and are right by the bay!

Guests will need a car. The closest airport is Bangor airport (about 45 minutes away) or Portland Jetport (about 2 hours away).

The WiFi is reliable and is best used for streaming and internet browsing. It is not useful for sending large documents or high internet needs.

There is a heat pump which also serves as AC in the downstairs living room. There are several fans available for the bedrooms, but each bedroom does not have an AC unit.
