The Space:
This beautiful end unit is 972 square feet, wifi enabled, with smart tv in the living room and fire TV in both bedrooms(comes with basic cable and Prime video). Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances and cookware.
This unit is located on the second level, downstairs features an oversized bedroom with dual closets, a dining area, and direct access to a large private balcony to enjoy a nice cup of morning coffee or evening cocktail. Upstairs you’ll find a generous bedroom overlooking the beautiful main living area, a walk-in closet, and a full bath.

Enjoy Little River/North Myrtle Beach/Cherry grove beach or nearby golf courses, at the perfectly located Baytree golf Condominiums. Spend the day at the beach, golfing, shopping, dining, listening to live music and retreat back to your home. There is something for everyone to do and you may find something that you might have not explored previously.

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

NOTE: There is a unit below us, and have a pathway which is not sound proof kindly be mindful and respect local law.

Important: Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Blink Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record.
