Lots of them. They were under our pillows. In our luggage. On the walls and floors. Only stayed our two nights. We had to fumigate our luggage prior and clothes to bringing them in our home

Not the cleanest but otherwise okay

The kitchen and dishes were very dirty. There was no way we could find to turn on the ceiling fan light in the master bedroom. The breaker for the master bathroom outlets was tripped. There was visible gummy/sticky stuff on the bathroom counter and hair on the owner closet door. This is a very nice place in a nice area but would be much better if the cleaners did a better job.

Poor Condition

There were many things wrong with this place. Some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty along with the cutting board. The toaster oven was also dirty. There was no mirrow in the bathroom, no hand towel holder, and no toilet paper roll holder. Also 2 out of the 3 lights did not work. The bathtub did not drain. We also found a dirty sock just under the edge of the couch. The return air vent was filthy.

Comfortable Spacious Condo

Overall, our stay was great. There was plenty of space for our family of six. The community pool was nice. The beds were comfortable. The amenities in the home were sparing. We had to purchase a broom and were alloted only one towel and washcloth per person. The pans were limited, and there were no mixing bowls. The condo was close to all the activities. One major complaint: We did see one large cockroach and a few smaller bugs in the condo itself. Dealing with VACASA was challenging. Once we were able to get ahold of someone, we were able to obtain a key because the code on the door would not work. When I called about the roach and lack of supplies, I was informed that one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one towel/washcloth per person is VACASA policy. They stated they would call the local condo company about the roach and get back with me. They never did call back.
