My family and I had a great experience at this hotel. We were in town for a funeral and we arrived early in the morning the day of the funeral after driving 11 hours, they allowed us to check in early without penalties (early check in fee), they were very understanding to the fact that we had to get ready for the funeral. Older room. Furniture stains, strong dog and mildew smell. Dirty carpet. Customer service was excellent. Food excellent. Only the room conditions were not up to standard even though I booked a standard room. It still wasn't what I'm use to as a Hilton property

Overall the hotel was decent. Breakfast was good. The omelette station was the highlight. The property needs to be updated. Rooms are old and carpet and furniture is stained. The rooms need to be cleaned a little better. Cleaners should be more detailed about the cleaning. It was okay for an overnight stay but if I had to stay longer, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Upon arrival, manager informed us of the no cupcakes and cakes in the rooms. I completely understood his explanation. I was very appreciative of him being willing to store it instead and bringing it out for us to eat down stairs in the dining area. He also appreciated my cooperation and understanding.
