Near the highway, but no noise. Pet friendly is always a plus for me even though I didn’t have mine this trip. Good value for the money. Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was good to go.

Nice , clean , friendly helpful staff

Friendly staff , very nice lady working in breakfast area . She microwaved my oatmeal for me and she kept everything clean and stocked . The bed is a bit firm for my taste but overall room is comfortable. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel

I booked deluxe suite for two nights I was putting in a completely different room, I gave them the proof that I did indeed book said they would not compensate me at all. Housekeeping was rude to me. They cut off our key cards and we were always having to request new ones And when we called corporate, they were just rude and tried to tell me that I had booked through Expedia. And I did not I booked through hotels.com. I will attach the pictures and proof but I am very upset because I paid $253 for a room that I didn’t even get to stay in Andright before I left yesterday because I left before my checkout date because I was so frustrated. I looked down the hallway and they have someone in room 400. This is a disgrace. It was embarrassing and something needs to be done.

The bathroom was very clean and nice. One of the beds the comforter was dirty but we only used one bed so it wasn’t that awful for us. Staff was amazing and friendly.
