Beautiful view. Unique property.

First impressions were excellent, starting with how clean the property was. The view of Little Rock from the balconies was beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat. Despite being in a fairly densely populated area, the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The location is convenient to various parts of the city, though having a car or using Uber will be necessary to get around. Check in was easy. Chris was prompt in response to questions and offered recommendations if needed.

Nice ultra modern pad

Really modern place that felt like a bachelor pad where the owner failed to keep it up: namely kitchen and bathrooms with very, very old towels, mats, and stains. The neighborhood was marginal at best with some homes exteriors crumbling. Did feel safe, but disappointed re desire to walk the neighborhood with dog or with wife.

Incredible!

In town for a family member's surgery. The house is located short distance and easy navigation from CHI St. Vincents and made a tough situation so much more bearable. The house is immaculate and is appointed well. Everything is strategically placed as well. All the comforts of home with the addition of a beautiful view! Enjoyed morning and evening walks around the neighborhood as well. Will stay here again if the need arises!

Coming from a highly traditional environment, this was certainly a treat that ended too soon. Morning coffee on the top deck watching the sunrise was delicious. Christopher is a true professional and kudos to his style.

Perfect location

Great location with easy access to the Clinton Library and other historical sites such as Central HS Historical Site. Four adults stayed very comfortably in the house with an open floor plan on main level. Comfortable beds and lots of towels! The deck overlooking the river made for relaxing reading time or to socialize with our group! The host was very attentive and reached out spontaneously to insure all was going well with our visit.

Trip to Little Rock

Stayed here for three nights during a stay to put my Mom in her final resting place. What a nice place to go too after the ceremony and just sit relax and reflect. Place is spotless and bright. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Thanks for letting us stay at your place

It was Spring Break in Texas

Parents and adult daughters stayed here for 4 nights. We cooked and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The "fireplace" was nice on the cool mornings as I watched the beautiful sunrises. Beds were comfortable. The unit was very clean. If it had been later in the year, we might have opened the rollup door on the balcony. I can recommend the restaurants Brave New Restaurant, Petit & Keen and Cotham's. We hiked at Pinnacle Mountain State Park - a short drive away. The Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts is small but the collection is worth seeing. The Holly Cemetery is worth visiting. The owner or property manager checked in on us by email which was nice. And, if you have never been to Little Rock, you should know that the residents are SO NICE.
