Had high expectations but I was let down after checking in I immediately noticed the floor was dirty unswept and dusty . I sat on the couch and the smell hit me. The couch reeked. And do I went to reach for a glass it was dirty I reached for another one also dirty. So I walk out side to get some Fresh air and the police sirens and shady characters walking up and down the street I was immediately filled with deep regret for booking this place. Apparently this is a high crime area. Save your money and take the short trip down to Hot Springs.

Urban Cottages – Little Rock, AR We absolutely loved our stay at Urban Cottages! It’s charming, cozy, and incredibly comfortable—like a little step back in time with all the right modern touches. Customer service is wonderful There are extras for while traveling with the pups such as water bowls, towel to dry off their feet, poop bags. Breakfasts are wonderful. We will definitely return. The neighborhood is safe to walk the pups day/night. If you do have a question, she answers quickly.

This place felt like a home away from home. The property is very clean and has everything you could possibly need for a pleasant stay. My wife and i enjoyed eating dinner in the beautiful private backyard the most. I highly recommend!!!

Cottage Style is the Best!

Love the stay at this cottage! Like home feeling and all the amenities you could need! Having all the comfort & quiet you need! No slamming doors and noise of running in hallway and people above & below walking around like they are in a marching band and not hotel room? It’s so nice to have place to sit outside and relax or inside with the beautiful fireplace burning . Cottage is mich preferred over the hotel stays any day It is a “home away from home “ and better price for what you get by far!!

This is among the most amazing properties we have ever stayed at. And we have traveled broadly around the world! The cottages are immaculate, clean, bright, airy, very nice continental breakfast foods, very reasonable prices! Will hopefully stay here many times in the future.
