🚗 Parking (Important)

Free parking is included for guests at Wetherspoon Car Park, located around a 1-minute walk from the apartment on nearby Fleet Street.

This gives guests the benefit of free parking while staying in a prime Liverpool city-centre location.

⚠️ Important: Due to our central location, council road restrictions may prevent vehicle access to Fleet Street after 8 PM, particularly Thursday–Sunday and on busy/event nights. If the bollards are raised, you will not be able to access the car park by vehicle. We strongly recommend arriving and parking before 8 PM.

Guests must be 21+ to book.

A £150 refundable security deposit is required before arrival and returned after check-out if no damage or excessive cleaning is needed.

Self check-in allows flexible arrival.

Due to the central location, some noise may be heard, especially on weekends. Earplugs and a white noise machine are provided.

The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, so stairs are required.
Please remove shoes at the door to keep the space clean. No loud music or noise after 10 PM to respect neighbours. Turn off all lights, appliances before leaving. Only the booked number of guests (up to 6) are allowed to stay. Clean the kitchen after use, including washing dishes and wiping surfaces. Treat the space with care and report any damage immediately. Follow check-out instructions, such as leaving keys in the lockbox and locking the door.
