Great budget stay

Simple rooms but clean and functional for a good price in a good location. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Only slight issue for me was the tiny shower but could put up with it for a night or two.

The hotel is a great location for shopping and events at the docks. The staff are amazing, friendly and nothing was too much trouble if we asked. The hotel isn’t all Bells and whistles (no aircon and the world’s smallest bathroom) but at its price point you can’t argue. Another hotel a short distance away is 50% dearer

Perfect location for Liverpool town centre free parking during your stay.All the staff are very friendly and helpful, lovely clean room and soft comfortable bed, breakfast is absolutely amazing for the price, we also had an evening meal which is just as good and value for money. Only problem is no sockets next to the bed as my needs to use a CPAP machine to help her breathe in the night this could cause issues.

Had a great weekend here. The staff are very helpful, friendly and funny!! Hotel was really clean. The food was lovely. Drinks were priced ok. I would use this hotel and reccomend to others. Good location for the docks and shopping. Free parking is a bonus.

A stopover before Isle of Man !

Staff were excellent, check in was easy and we recieved exactly what we asked for - disabled parking bay and accessible room. Breakfast staff were superb and checkout easy.

I stayed here mid May. This is a basic hotel like a Travelodge, but, with more space and free WiFi in the rooms. No lift to floors 1 & 2, no air con so probably not ideal in the middle of summer. I would stay here again as only a 20 minute stroll to Albert Dock.

The staff go above and beyond when asked. Always ready to answer questions and the man on reception this morning got us an uber cheaper than the app sorry I didn’t get his name !! Had a conversation with him during breakfast and he asked my daughter whether she had enjoyed her stay and th concert last night. Will definitely come back !!

There was only hanging place for 1 person. The bed was squashed against the shower door made it difficult to get up into the toilet or shower and out of the cubicle. Not enough space for 2 grown people and nowhere to keep things
