Didn't check under the beds but Mum did a hotel inspector search every where else (she doesn't get out much). No dust found anywhere. Staff on the front desk were helpful from the start offered to carry any bags upstairs and when Mum said no to a lower ground floor exchange because she lives in a bungalow and wanted to see the view they changed our room for a riverfront one.

Travelling on my own this felt a safe place. Quiet restful room even though on the main road side of the building. Ask when booking if you want riverside view. Relaxed bar and restaurant. Food was simple and well cooked. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel with parking and breakfast! Walking distance to the arena and shopping. What more could anyone want. Perfect. The staff were super friendly. Breakfast spot on. Great accommodation for the cost. Will defo check availability next time I’m heading to Liverpool.

The room was spotless and cleaned every day new towels the quilt was too heavy and thick for our liking but otherwise perfect breakfasts were great value and loads to choose from no problems at all would recommend its the third time we have stopped here

Good breakfast in nice surroundings overlooking the river. It wasn’t free and cost just under £12 per person. Room was comfortable, clean and quiet and easy walking distance to Albert Docks etc. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room isn’t massive but does the job. My only issue is that you have a step out of the bathroom. Bit of a tripping hazard especially if you need to go during the night.
