Overall, would stay again but ask for a higher floor. Staff first class. Check-in and out very simple. Good location. Little noisy, woke couple of times. One stable with location but could have better sound insulation? Bathroom small but perfectly functional with great shower. Smallest and thinnest toilet paper ever, should improve.

Helpful pleasant staff. Room clean. Great breakfast in Mason's. Bar area nice for relaxing with a pint. Seel Street is noisy, with disco music going on until gone 3 am. Next time I would want a room not facing into the street.

Reception area could be a bit more comfortable and have say some little refreshments and improve the presentation. Bar is understocked and lacking in exciting cocktails if any....this could really be a money spinner on match nights but is currently very underwhelming. Staff perfectly pleasant. Room was lovely although faced onto a bar so a tad noisy. Breakfast was poor re continental/pre ordering but full English was lovely. No more than a 3 star establishment

Location was great, as was the whole hotel, room was a good size and bed was comfortable, only negative was one of our pillows and the flannel in the bathroom had make up on them, so can only assume they hadn’t been cleaned/changed - told reception on check out, didn’t seem bothered

The room was clean on the 2nd floor but the street and buildings nearby were way too noisy with loud music and revellers. The overall room was dark and lacked enough lighting in dark corners.
