The resort is located in Livorno, right on the coast and very close to the sea. It offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation: a mini-market, a pool with a separate children’s area, a playground, a restaurant, and numerous other amenities. Thanks to the resort’s slightly elevated location, guests enjoy a breathtaking view of the open sea every day—whether while having breakfast on the restaurant terrace or from the vacation village’s panoramic viewing platform.
The modern mobile home accommodates up to 5 people and features a bedroom with a double bed as well as a children’s room with two single beds. The sofa bed in the living area provides an additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, equipped with a shower stall, a sink, a toilet, and a bidet. The well-equipped kitchenette in the living area features a gas stove, dishes, silverware, pots, an Italian coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Air conditioning and satellite TV are available. An uncovered wooden deck with a table, chairs, a parasol, and a lounge chair invites you to relax outdoors while the children play on the playground or by the pool. Barbecuing is permitted at the designated barbecue area. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.

The freely accessible beach can be easily reached via a set of stairs, while you can also relax on the viewing terraces. Surrounded by the historic backdrop of Castel Boccale and offering views of the islands of Gorgona, Capraia, and Corsica, the beach invites you to spend an unforgettable day by the sea., Whether you want to go swimming, enjoy water sports, or simply savor the tranquility—here you’ll find everything your heart desires.
POOL
The pool area is ideal for relaxing, swimming a few laps, or simply soaking up the sun. There’s a separate shallow pool for children, while adults can unwind on a lounge chair by the pool.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort offers children ages 3 and up an indoor and outdoor area with creative workshops, group games, mini-sports tournaments, and table tennis. The kids’ club is open from mid-June to mid-September; children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult. For older guests aged 16 and up, there’s a new room with pool and foosball for relaxing evenings and exciting matches. The game room is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. A playground and the Mini Club are available for younger children.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
At Miramare, there are numerous opportunities to enjoy an active and varied leisure time. For water sports enthusiasts, options include sailing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing. The coast offers ideal conditions for learning to sail or exploring the underwater world with its corals, caves, and marine life. Surfers can let loose at famous spots like “Sale” and the “3 Bridges.” Cyclists will also find plenty to enjoy: the area offers both mountain bike trails through the Calafuria Nature Reserve as well as flat and hilly routes along the Etruscan Coast. For golf enthusiasts, there’s a nearby 9-hole golf course that combines sport, relaxation, and ocean views.

The market at Miramare offers everything you need for a camping vacation, from cleaning supplies and sunscreen to fresh foods like mozzarella, pecorino, prosciutto, fruit, and Tuscan bread.
MEALS
The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, so you can easily prepare your own meals. Shopping options are also located in the immediate vicinity. If you’d rather treat yourself to a culinary experience, you can book half-board or full-board at attractive rates directly on-site—no advance reservation is required. The resort’s restaurant serves delicious Tuscan specialties such as meat and fish dishes, pizza, and other delicacies, which you can enjoy on the beautiful terrace with a view of the sea.

The resort is located in Livorno, right on the Tuscan coast, just a few minutes from the city center. It is about 20 km from the Pisa airport and 90 km from Florence, with good connections to major cities and attractions in the region.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Livorno is the third-largest city in beautiful Tuscany, about 20 km southwest of Pisa. It is home to one of Italy’s largest ports. Those interested in sightseeing can explore ancient churches, monuments, or the cathedral in the old town. The heart of the city is Piazza Grande. There are also various museums, and a variety of events take place in the summer. If you’re looking to try some local cuisine, you’ll be spoiled for choice thanks to countless restaurants. You can try the famous fish stew, cacciucco, or a torta di ceci (a type of pizza). The streets of Livorno, home to the large Mercato Nuovo, are always bustling. The surrounding towns offer a variety of restaurants, cafés, and nightclubs. Interesting cities like Pisa, Lucca, Siena, and Florence make for great day-trip destinations. A visit to the medieval town of Volterra is definitely worth it! The Acqua Village in Cecina Mare, with its water slides, and the “Cavallino Matto” leisure and amusement park promise ultimate water fun for the whole family. The island of Elba and the other islands of the Archipelago National Park—such as Capraia, Pianosa, Giglio, and Giannutri—are all within reach for a day trip. Il Calidario is a well-equipped wellness center with a natural spring whose water temperature is 36°C. In addition to high-quality wines, the Wine Route offers the opportunity to discover the region’s typical products and sample its distinctive specialties, such as olive oil, honey, cheese, and salami. One village on the Wine Route is Bibbona, which, with its beautiful nature trails through the forest, is the ideal place for hiking enthusiasts and mountain bikers. The famous Spiagge Bianche in Rosignano-Solvay (the white beaches), with their fine, light-colored sand and blue sea, are just a few kilometers away. Along the coast, you can enjoy various water sports, and the wind, which blows fairly constantly, has made Vada one of the most popular spots for sailing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing enthusiasts. The Secche di Vada—a stretch of sea with very shallow waters—attracts fishing enthusiasts year-round. The opportunity to explore seabeds teeming with rich flora and fauna and to marvel at the unexpected natural and archaeological features found here makes it an ideal destination for many scuba divers. Nature lovers can visit the adventure park Il Giardino Sospeso. Here, you can spend a day in the forest on acrobatic suspension bridges among the trees.
