Unit Layout

This beautifully renovated vacation rental spans over 200m2 across 3 levels, accommodating a maximum of 9 guests across 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The villa was fully renovated in 2015 and features antique and cosy furnishings throughout, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room is centered around an open-hearth fireplace and includes a dining table with direct access to a terrace. The fully equipped kitchen, also on this level, features an oven, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and direct access to the garden. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

The upper floor houses 3 bedrooms. 2 of these rooms each feature a double bed, while the third bedroom is fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm and includes an ensuite shower and WC. A separate shower and WC with a double hand-basin is also available on this floor.

The top floor offers a fourth bedroom with sloping ceilings, furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A separate WC is also found on this level. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.
