It is a beautiful, modern and spacious house with high comfort built in 2021. The rooms are modernly furnished with lots of light and glass surfaces, from here you have a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Losinj. The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, while the ground floor consists of a large living room that opens onto a covered terrace through which the heated pool passes. The pool extends below the house and continues into the outdoor area.
Enjoy outdoor living and the balmy summer evenings on the terraces in comfortable garden furniture with tasty dishes from the barbecue. The property is fenced on all sides, offering you peace and security.
Linjan is located in the extreme south-east of the Istrian peninsula, close to the largest city in Istria, Pula. The small fishing village of Linjan is connected to Medulin, which has a long and child-friendly sandy beach.
