Situated in a small residential complex with a communal pool and garden, about 600 metres from the beach and 700 metres from the town, shops and port. Well-equipped, very bright and with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful break.

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. 1 bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, vitroceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender and tableware, and with an opening which looks out to the dining area. Well-furnished lounge-dining room with round table and chairs, relaxation and reading area with sofa, armchairs and TV. This is a spacious area with lots of natural light as it has large windows and French windows leading to the outdoor terrace.

Outside there is a very large terrace which goes around most of the apartment, with outdoor furniture, plants and flowers, shower and sink. A lovely terrace located in a very quiet area.

Location

The apartment is close to El Cau del Llop beach, 1 km from the town centre and the Port de Llançà. Because of its situation, this beach is usually visited only by people in the nearby residential areas and has a family atmosphere. Behind the beach is the GI-612 road which goes to El Port de la Selva. The coastal path also passes through here, along a section which isn’t very busy and takes us to dozens of small quiet coves and beaches, most of which are not sandy.

Die Wohnung war genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Alles nötige war vorhanden, um einen entspannten Urlaub dort zu verbringen (wie beschrieben, war sogar eine kleine Grundausstattung für die ersten Tage mit einem kleinen Lappen, Toilettenpapier, Spültabs und Waschmaschinentab ebenso vorhanden wie Bettwäsche und Handtücher). Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stockwerk eines Hauses mit mehreren Wohneinheiten und über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Sie teilt sich den Pool mit den anderen Wohnungen des Hauses und dem Nebenhaus des Grundstücks - wir hatten ihn jedoch meistens für uns allein. Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig sauber gehalten. Die Wohnlage ist sehr ruhig.Etwas abenteuerlich ist die Abfahrt zur Garage: Diese ist sehr steil und eng, aber kann auch mit einem größeren Auto (wir waren mit einem Touran da) genutzt werden.Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos und die Kommunikation sehr freundlich.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders die Abende auf der großen Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer. Am frühen Morgen des letzten Tages, als das Meer ganz ruhig war, haben wir durchs Fernglas sogar Delfine sehen können.Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und würden sie noch einmal buchen.
