A good sleep in quiet 3rd floor room ( lift available). Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Decor a little dated. Clean and warm! Overall a great stay

Neat and traditional

The room was spacious and had everything you need including an armchair and a comfy bed - all very clean and well maintained. The only thing to bear in mind is toiletries aren't provided but there's plenty of shops on the doorstep. The breakfast is well organised with a list of names/tables to keep things smooth. I felt the portion was just right and extra toast was offered if you wanted more.

Previous reviews have said the hotel is 'tired'. I value a decent bed, great staff and a breakfast included over a bit of worn wallpaper or carpet! The value for money was brilliant, the staff are absolute stars and we are planning a return in April, we liked it so much. It is very close to the seafront, not too far from the train station. Loved it. The staff are so friendly, it makes such a difference.

A tradional hotel right on the front, not far from the pier, keeping the great hotel tradions alive, lovely staff, nice hearty breakfast and the old style lift taking you to each floor, this is Llandudno at its best, great building, one negative was I think the sink needs changing and the furniture in the room is quite dated, other than that all good, there's plenty of parking around the hotel, some free streets past the roundabout, thanks for a great wk end

The hotel was ok, usual noise from people in corridor, why they stand talking loud outside someone's door is a mystery. Bar was ok same prices as in local pubs. Good breakfast, good staff. WiFi was excellent newly installed throughout hotel.
