Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 5-room terraced house with 200 square meters of living space spread across two levels. The house has a south-west facing position, providing ample natural light and warmth. The spacious and bright interior has been recently renovated in 2020, featuring very comfortable and modern furnishings. On the ground floor, you'll find a living/dining room with a panoramic window, a dining table, a TV, and air conditioning. This level also includes a children's room with a window overlooking the courtyard and a bed measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, complete with electric shutters. The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Both the living/dining room and the kitchen have access to the patio. Additionally, there is a shower and WC on this floor.

Amenities Included
The house is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Air conditioning is available in the living/dining room and one of the bedrooms on the upper floor. You'll also have access to a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer.
