We stayed at Sweet Lloret Suites for five nights. While the rooms look modern at first glance, the experience was disappointing overall. Our building turned out to be the old Playa Sol hostel, and when you enter, you walk into a smelly, abandoned bar filled with construction supplies. The building is clearly still under renovation and doesn’t feel ready for guests. Walking into our room for the first time, there was drywall dust on the floor, a missing ceiling panel with a dangling light, and some fixtures were still wrapped in plastic. There was just a sheet (no blanket), and the bathroom had no hand soap (advertised in the hotel pictures). The mini-fridge was empty, even though their photos online clearly show stocked fridges with water, snacks, and drinks. When we asked about this, staff admitted only the other building gets those. The one time we asked for water, we were told to go to a closed grocery store before staff finally sold us bottles themselves. On the third night, the AC blew a smokey smell into the room, making a very uncomfortable last couple nights. Combined with hammering from construction of the adjacent rooms, paper-thin walls, and a bright green light above the door lighting up the room at night, the overall comfort was not there. Staff were polite but not especially helpful. Overall, the hotel feels unfinished, inconsistent, and misleadingly advertised. Aesthetically it looks nice, but at least our building is not ready for guests.

BED BUGS!

The rooms were tiny, the bathrooms tinier. My partner started getting bites/welts, 16 bites total (I didn't have any) and we assumed it was from him being outside on the balcony to smoke. The morning we checked out, we found a bed bug. The person at the front desk said that they thought they had gotten rid of them... They gave me a 20% refund and said they "wouldn't charge for the penalty fee". We had to check, double check, and triple check all of our clothes and luggage. Ruined the rest of vacation, not to mention ensuring we didn't bring them home.

Rooms are quite small. Staff did not help with luggage when showing us to our room on second floor. There was no lift. Rooms were clean though and it is quite close to beach.

Great stay and about a 10 minute walk from the beach and town square. The walls are paper thin and in close proximity, so don’t be surprised if you hear your neighbors. Not a place for kids, but great for solo travelers and couples.

Terrible stay. We didn’t sleep at all while staying here and the unit was so small and not clean. For bedding there is one thin bed sheet and only one pillow per person that are as thin as paper. The bed is also far too small. We had to pay for another hotel and leave this one with no refund or solution offered.

J’ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et c’est largement suffisant. La chambre est nickel, très mimi, petit balcon sympa, la salle de bain malgré qu’elle soit petite ça suffit pour un couple. Deux petits bémols: l’insonorisation, on entend tout dans les couloirs et dehors, et j’ai retrouvé quelque cheveux dans les draps.. Mais sinon je suis assez satisfaite.
