We had a family reunion away from the Inn, so we only had early morning and bedtime at the Inn. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Always refreshed in the morning for a day! Thank you, we will highly recommend the Border Inn and Suites to fellow travellers!

Would definitely reccomend-clean, nice rooms Staff is pleasant-breakfast is great, omelets,ham pancakes,cereal-something for everyone Lovely lady working in the breakfast room! Had an issue with the television when we arrived but the maintenance man was up right away to fix it! Will stay again!

When we got to the room, I wanted to use the fridge but it wasn't working nor was the microwave. I called the front desk but it just rang and rang. I walked back downstairs and told the front desk clerk. She got someone to come and look at it very quickly. The problem was that a switch had been turned off. Then we came back from dinner, our keys wouldn't work, so we walked back downstairs to get new ones. After dinner there was dogs barking in the hall and lots of people around. I hope the night goes better than the evening. I realize that people are here because of the fires up north but I hope they keep their dogs in their rooms.

This hotel and its halls wreak of booze and cigarettes. God knows what has happened in these rooms. Carpet stains, unkept, dated rooms. Received no instruction or guidance on how to get to my suite. Had to return twice because my key card didn’t work. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and unsafe in a hotel.

We stayed here for 10 days. Convenient location near shops, but still quiet. Breakfast was a standard fanfare of eggs/bacon/hash browns, cereal and fruit and yogurt. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. I wish it had a safe box for keeping passports, etc. On the whole, the properly could do with a reno- it’s pretty dated.

The lady in the morning as I checked out was amazing! (Hate to frame it like this, but she’s the bigger lady with brown hair) FABULOUS, absolutely wonderful. Beautiful person on the inside and out. Limited interaction with her, but you can just tell. Hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean. The lady serving breakfast was kind and wonderful - always cleaning and ensuring everyone was well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again.
