Description
1/2 Acre fully secured pet friendly property suitable for larger dog breeds, come spend quality time and treat your pet to a great holiday too!
The Lakeside Villa is located on the Foreshore of Lake Victoria and features a picturesque lake view from the master bedroom. Only a five-minute walk along the waterfront to the Marina, Lakeside Bar and Bistro. Also within close proximity to the local shopping precinct.
The villa is not suitable for children, comfortably fits a couple or single adult.
A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up a feast for your summer holiday or weekend getaway. a living area is located downstairs just off the kitchen with plasma TV, wood fire and air-conditioning.
The master bedroom is located upstairs with a 75″ plasma TV and attached en-suite.
The backyard has an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ facilities, pizza oven and large outdoor wood fire pit (only permitted for use outside of fire restrictions) together with complementing garden furniture, which over looks the lake. The beach edges on to the back yard, and a walking track along the beach to the national park.

Town facilities include, Lakeview Bar & Bistro located on the foreshore of Lake Victoria. The Hotel provides a free minibus for patrons if you don’t feel like walking along the foreshore.
A Licensed Supermarket, General Store, Cafe’/Takeaway Shop, Fish & Chip Shop, RSL, Sailing Club are all on offer in town.

Lakeside Villa is pet friendly. Your pet is a very welcomed family member. Responsibilities and the number of pets are to be discussed when booking your stay. It is the tenant’s responsibility to clean up after your pet, including vacuuming dog hair.

We want you to know that we are doing our part to help guests stay safe. Due to the Coronavirus, our Cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
"During times of COVID-19" Whilst we are taking all reasonable measures to ensure that people who stay at our place are safe from contracting COVID-19, we ask the following of guests. If at any time leading up to your stay at our place you or any of your party develop and / or display cold or flu symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive, you communicate this to us prior to attending the property. We do have a flexible cancellation policy and will provide a full refund. Cleaning
You do not need to do a full clean of the property upon departure; however we do require the homes to be left clean and tidy on departure in a similar state as to how you found the property upon your arrival. If the property is not left in a reasonable standard an additional charge for cleaning will be charged. Please ensure that you clean up after your pet or we will charge an additional fee for the cleaner. We do organise for the property to be cleaned after your departure to ensure that the next guest has a hygienic comfortable stay.

An idyllic retreat

Lakeside Villa is a perfect place to get away from it all. Our 2 German Shepherds loved the room to run, play and explore. The villa itself is super comfortable and clean, and we all loved sitting around the fire at night. Sue and Guy have thoughtfully provided everything you (and your dog) could ask for in the villa and outdoor areas, including many human and doggy treats which were appreciated and enjoyed very much! Thank you again for providing the perfect getaway with our doggies - we didn’t want to leave this little slice of heaven in quiet, nature abundant Loch Sport.

Great location especially for water dogs

Renting the property was very easy. It is an excellent position being a walk through the gate straight onto the beach. Our two Golden Retrievers loved it and the proximity to the water and the large space to dry off in. Lodgings were also very comfy and the extras left by the owner were very thoughtful.

Great relaxation vacation

Sue and her husband were so accomodating, there was a lot of goodies and information on the location provided. We had an absolute ball using their canoe on the lake and making wood fire pizza. Our 4 year old mini dachshund absolutely loved the stay, he enjoyed the long morning walks by the lake foreshore and even enjoyed the canoe ride. Definitely a very relaxing stay in a beautiful property.

Loch sport short break

We had a fantastic break at Loch Sport. The property is in a great location, close to shops and beach. The owners are super friendly and can not do enough to make sure you have a great stay. They even provide some thoughtful supplies for your stay. I would highly recommend this accomodation. We will be coming back.

Great Pet Friendly Getaway!!!

Brilliantly located accommodation, right on the lake. Great for walks along the beach and within walking distance to the Marina and Bistro (fresh seafood!!!). Susan, a great host, welcomed us personally with great info on how to best use the house, and suggestions for walks, swim, eat and shop for food ect.. Pippin (our dog) loved every minute of our stay at this is gorgeous pet friendly place.. not sure she enjoyed canoeing as much as we did!!! canoe along with the outdoor wood oven for pizza as well as the fire pits and great outdoor lounging area are part of making our stay a great experience.. Lovely stay at the Gippsland legs beach

Greeted personally by our host we and our two dachshunds had a relaxing time. The place has it’s almost private beach access and it is only minutes to walk to the bar at the marina and only a couple more minutes walk to the town centre.
