The comfortable, lovingly furnished and maintained Non smoking apartment is located on the first floor of a residential building with some beautiful views of the Achterwasser and sunny west facing balcony (equipped with awning and garden furniture). One bedroom with double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds (blinds available). A spacious living room combined with dining area and well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and WC. In addition to the property is the in-house car park, a bicycle rental is available on the property. The initial bed linen is included, towels can be booked for an additional charge (5.00 € per person). Free Wi-Fi in the apartment.
Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions.
