The Depot on 664 is one-of-a-kind Hocking Hills retreat inspired by Pickerington, Ohio's historic T&O C railroad station and thoughtfully reimagined with a refined, modern touch. What was once a nod to railroad history is now an intimate, beautifully appointed retreat where you can slow down, settle in and enjoy a few days together. From the moment you arrive, you'll notice the details-and the exceptional cleanliness. We take great pride in preparing The Depot for every stay, and our guests consistently tell us it is among the cleanest vacation rentals they have ever experienced.
Inside, the atmosphere is warm, calm and quietly luxurious. The spacious bathroom features a dramatic cave-inspired tiled shower with a spa-like feel, plush towels, premium linens and the added comfort of Kinetico soft water. A washer and dryer are conveniently tucked into the bathroom should you need them during your stay.
At the end of the day exploring Hocking Hills, sink into the luxurious king-size bed. Every layer-from the mattress topper to the freshly prepared bedding- is carefully chosen with comfort in mind. Multiple pillow options allow you to choose the feel you prefer, because a wonderful getaway should include a wonderful night's sleep.

Large windows bring the surrounding landscape into the space and fill The Depot with natural light. Outside your private patio is a lovely place to begin the morning with coffee while watching the birds gather at the feeder, or to unwind together after a day on the trails. A private gas grill thoroughly cleaned after each guest, is ready if you'd rather stay in for dinner.

The stocked kitchen makes that easy. We've provided the cookware, dishes and essentials you need to prepare anything from morning coffee and breakfast to a relaxed dinner-just bring your favorite ingredients.

When you feel like venturing out, you're only minutes from hiking trails as well as local restaurants, wineries, breweries, coffee shops and shopping. You can spend the day exploring the beauty of Hocking Hills, enjoy dinner nearby, and return to the peace and privacy of your own retreat.

Prefer a quiet evening in? Settle into one of the handcrafted Amish swivel chairs or relax in bed and enjoy a movie or favorite series on the 65" Roku TV, positioned for comfortable viewing from either spot.

Throughout The Depot, you'll find thoughtful touches chosen not simply because the look beautiful, but because they make your stay more comfortable. We want the space to feel polished without being fussy, luxurious without being pretentious, and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door.

The home was exceptionally clean—honestly one of the cleanest and most thoughtfully prepared vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in.It was clear that Karen & Anthony put a lot of care into creating a welcoming and comfortable experience. Every detail seemed intentional, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived.We especially appreciated the hiking maps and local restaurant recommendations. Coffee Emporium, The Feed, and 58 West were some of our favorites.The property was perfectly located between Hocking Hills and Logan. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We would gladly stay here again on a future visit.

My partner and I loved staying here for our vacation. The place was very spacious and super clean, I don’t think I saw a speck of dust the entire time we stayed! Snacks, drinks, and even a coupon to a coffee shop nearby were provided by the hosts, which was extremely kind! I absolutely recommend using the coupon as the coffee was delicious. One of my favorite things while staying here was the bird feeder! You can sit in some relaxing swivel chairs and watch lots of beautiful birds, squirrels, and chipmunks eat all day long!! My partner and I probably sat there for hours watching those little guys. I also highly recommend using the fire pit and patio! We played some card games and had a great night! The whole place was fantastic and we are definitely going to book here again!

The Depot was very well maintained and up to date on everything! Centrally located to all of the trails you would want to check out, while only a 3-5 minute drive to Walmart and Kroger, just in case you forgot to bring something for your trip. Karen Mills was honestly the most thoughtful and hospitable property owner we have ever used! Great place I would highly recommend it!
