Our Depot on 664 is a nod to Pickerington, Ohio's T&OC station with a posh twist. The Depot's Station Agent never had it this nice! We have created an indoor oasis of relaxation just for your enjoyment. The space was created with an organic feel, "cave" like luxury tiled shower and LVP flooring throughout. Attention is given to high-end luxury complete with a Kinetico Soft Water system, luscious towels, fine linen bedding and furnishings. A washer/dryer unit is neatly tucked away in the large bathroom for your convenience. Do you love to watch nature as it happens? Windows are everywhere, so you won't miss a thing! Step outside to your private patio, relax by your bonfire while being serenaded by the resident bull frogs. Enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the flurry of activity around the bird feeders. Enjoy grilling your favorite meal on your private gas grill that is cleaned after each guest. The kitchen, fully stocked with all cooking essentials, you just provide the food. You're just minutes away from restaurants and eateries including wineries, brewery and privately owned coffee shops. If watching a good movie or your favorite series is what sounds good to you, we have that covered, too. A Roku 65" TV is hung perfectly for viewing from the Station Agent's Amish built swivel chairs or snuggled up with your honey in the luxurious king size bed. Our hosts met all of our expectations and then some. The attention to detail went above and beyond. They offered excellent suggestions for restaurants and activities in the area. Also, they were quick to respond, although we truly didn't need them. Definitely plan to return!

The Depot was very well maintained and up to date on everything! Centrally located to all of the trails you would want to check out, while only a 3-5 minute drive to Walmart and Kroger, just in case you forgot to bring something for your trip. Karen Mills was honestly the most thoughtful and hospitable property owner we have ever used! Great place I would highly recommend it!

Hocking Hills Get-a-way

What a lovely property! Karen and Anthony pay attention to every detail! The place was spotless, and had lots of very nice features like a great kitchen that was fully equipped with beautiful appliances, coffee maker, utensils, pans and snacks to boot! The bed was super comfy, had high quality sheets and blankets, and the bathroom was huge! It also has this neat little sitting area where you can watch the birds that visit the bird feeder. We also enjoyed a campfire every night. It’s a very special VRBO. 10/10

Beautiful stay in the Hocking Hills

The house was beautiful. A wonderful design makes the area seem much larger. Very tastefully decorated to make it very comfortable. The amenities were great and much more than expected. We definitely want to return again. The fall leaves and color made it a very special place to stay.

I wish I had the Depot at home!!

The Depot is a beautiful serene space that is sparkling clean and fresh. From the comfy king size bed to the huge beautiful shower. The huge windows were awesome and hubby loved the large tv to watch football. The patio was great to sit on and enjoy the birds and the landscape. The owners were wonderful! The extras in the kitchen has yiu wanting for nothing. The location was wonderful being very close to Lake Logan.

Wonderful Cabin!

Beautiful cabin that was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Anthony and Karen have thought of everything including a welcome note/sign, snacks, firewood, fire starter and bug spray. The cabin is super cute and everything is in great shape and very clean. It’s located in close proximity to the main house yet private enough. The back patio and fire pit was perfect and private. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful place to stay

The hosts were great!!! We had a wonderful stay in Hocking Hills. Our place was beautiful. The host provides luxury bedding. All linens are provided. 10 stars for cleanliness! The kitchen area is great. There are seats at the peninsula and also outside. It was nice to sit outside in the morning and in the evening. The kitchen has both a Keurig and regular coffee maker. The host provides K-cups for coffee and also has tea available. We went to Lancaster on a Friday night for dinner. Great options for dinner. During the summer Lancaster has free live music in town. Hocking Hills trails are breathtaking. I recommend getting up early and getting to the trails by 8 am. I would rank this as one of the best places to stay. We loved everything!!!

Perfect weekend

We needed this. A clean, quiet and peaceful weekend. While there was plenty to do, we chose to mostly hang out at the Depot 664 taking naps, sitting by the fire and enjoying the birds around the cabin. We will definitely be back to do some more exploring... or maybe stay in. We will see :-)

Our second stay here and we love it!

This is the second time we stayed here and I feel so safe and it is so quiet! We watched the little birds on the birdfeeder and bird bath while we had our coffee in the morning. We will definitely be back!

Great Train Depot Replica and Great Location

I found The Depot to be just what I needed for my retreat. It was located near the best hiking in the Hocking Hills and near Logan for those things that I forgot or ran out of. Inside and out it was luxurious and cozy. I will go again.

Convenient location. Not very remote but very pleasant. Firepit and wood provided. Very clean. Everything we possibly could have needed was there plus some hot beverages and snacks. Very home like atmosphere. Wonderful hosts! Would definitely return.
