Cabin Rental Policies
Requirements
You must be 25 years of age to rent
Two-night minimum stays are required
Rates are for a maximum occupancy of 6 guests
All guests hold A Birds Eye View Cabin Rentals LLC harmless for any accident or injury whatsoever that may occur in the rental cabin or on the surrounding property.
Payments
Full payment is required at time of reservation.
No cash or checks accepted.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
We cannot accommodate late check-outs due to the limited time needed to prepare for the next guests.
Occupancy and Rules
No pets are allowed on the property or in the cabin at any time.
Absolutely no visitors allowed at the cabin or on the property; only paid guests are permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Smoking is allowed outside, but please do not litter. Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. No parties or loud music allowed.
Please do not move the furniture.
Cabin Amenities
Linens, towels, and basic kitchen utensils are provided.
Dish soap, detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels are provided. Guests must bring their own bath soap, hand soap, and shampoo/conditioner.
Hot tub is cleaned between stays. Please follow posted rules for chemicals and use.
No hunting, ATV riding, weapons, fireworks, or air guns to be discharged on the property.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations less than 14 days in advance: No refund.
Cancellations 15 days or more in advance: 50% refund.
No refunds for early departures, inclement weather, no-shows, utility disruptions, or mechanical failures of non-essential items (e.g., WiFi, hot tub, appliances).
Winter Travel
4-wheel drive is recommended but not required. We will clear driveways as quickly as possible during snow days.
Guests are responsible for appropriate transportation to and from the cabin.
