The property is in a great location right off Plaza Mercado. The space itself was clean and well set-up though there is a definite mold problem in the bathroom particularly around the base of the shower. The issue was check-in. There is a coded entry system which simply did not work. When I called the number given, they spoke no English and my Spanish was insufficient. This was the first issue since their posting states they speak English. Apparently only the owner does.The only way to communicate with his is WhatsApp so if you do not have it, you will need to download it.Ultimately, I had to engage VRBO to get a response from these folks. We spent OVER TWO HOUR standing outside repeatedly doing what was required with no results. We sent pictures (yes, we were at the right place). We sent videos (yes, mew were doing it correctly). After two plus hours they finally recognized the system wasn't working and I was able to pick up the keys a two minute walk away. If they had actually listened and been proactive, thus could have been resolved in ten minutes. Instead, hey refused to believe they were at fault and wasted our time and ruined our first night on town

Het appartement lag midden in het centrum wat normaliter prima was, maar door de feesten konden we er niet komen op de aankomstdag. Vervolgens moesten we met een code de deur openen, maar waarschijnlijk door de drukte was er geen verbinding met internet buiten de woning. De organisatie reageerde niet op mijn vraag om te kunnen bellen voor hulp. Er werd gevraagd om een filmpje te sturen maar ik kon niets. Dan was het in het Spaans (de uitleg), dan weer Engels. Dit ging via WhatsApp met een andere organisatie en dan weer via VRBO. Het was verschrikkelijk en we kregen niet het idee dat we geholpen werden. Via hotspot van een aanwezig Spaans meisje die ons radeloos zag staan, lukte het uiteindelijk om de verbinding te maken en om in het appartement te komen. Helaas konden we er niet komen, behalve met een rugzak. Dit kwam doordat we door een enorme menigte jonge, veelal dronken, jonge mensen moesten komen. De grond lag bezaaid met plastic, glas, urine etc. Ook de politie kon ons niet helpen en vertelde ons dat het pas op zondag mogelijk was om er met de auto te komen. De auto moest dus vol spullen worden achtergelaten (er was bovendien nauwelijks parkeerplek vanwege de drukte). De hond (37 kilo) konden we niet dragen, maar moesten we door de menigte loodsen (met alle risico’s). Het was verschrikkelijk om mee te maken. Tot in de ochtend ging de herrie door. Daarna konden we enigszins in de buurt komen met de auto en onze spullen halen (door de straten bezaaid met rotzooi, urine)

Mejor ubicación en Logroño

Este piso está perfectamente ubicado a pocos pasos de todas las zonas de interés de Logroño. Esta muy bien equipado para dos parejas visitando la ciudad. Nosotros al final comimos siempre fuera pero tienen todo para hacer vida en el piso. Hasta que hay una lavadora. Comunicación muy fluido y correcto en todo momento. Por la ubicación hay algo de ruido de noche pero han puesto doble ventanas para mantener gran parte del ruido fuera. Volvería a reservar
