Casa Nivy is accessed via a stone staircase that leads to the main entrance. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The living area is spacious and bright, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table, and a sofa.

From the living room, you can access the stunning covered veranda with sea view, furnished with a dining table and benches — an ideal spot to unwind while admiring the majestic outline of Tavolara Island.

The bedrooms overlook the complex’s internal courtyard, surrounded by greenery and calm. At the rear of the home is the second private terrace, complete with a barbecue area equipped for al fresco lunches and dinners.
