Villa Pogelia is laid out on one level and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a sofa bed in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with bathtub, and a bedroom with two bunk beds. At the entrance, a spacious living room with dining area and a bathroom with shower leads to a covered veranda overlooking the sea and the well-maintained lawn garden. The separate fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle. The outdoor veranda offers unforgettable sunsets over the sea.

The villa is surrounded by a well-kept Mediterranean garden with English-style lawn and native plants. The shared swimming pool is equipped with a sunbathing area with loungers and an outdoor shower. • After booking, online check-in is required (upload of documents and selfie for each guest).
• Your data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Signing of a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian; we will provide a courtesy copy in English.

Key pickup and document signing take place at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste separation system is in place. Please purchase the proper bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
